PTSA Membership (NOW)
Membership is the core of PTSA! When you join, you receive a PTSA student directory for Audubon Elementary. While children cannot vote and do not participate in the legislative process, PTSA speaks for the interests of all children and their health, welfare, safety, and education. Whether in Washington DC, Olympia, or in your own city government offices – everywhere decisions are made that affect your children, PTSA is there speaking on behalf of your children. Donate anytime! By check, cash or online audubonpta.org (Year round) The donation campaign at the start of the school year is the core of Audubon PTSA’s fundraising, bringing in more than 45% of our operating budget. All the money donated directly impacts your students’ success, see how!

Corporate Matching gift program (Year round)
In addition, because Audubon PTSA is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, Membership fees and donations are tax deductible and donations are eligible for matching by many local companies! Note: Microsoft employees, Please see a tutorial on how to match your donations to Audubon PTSA. Please match your donations to Audubon Elementary PTSA (ID 52700) Check here to see if your company matches your donation.

Corporate Volunteer Time Matching Program (Year round)

Your Volunteer Time Equals $$ every hour for Audubon PTSA! For every 10 hours that Microsoft employees volunteer at Audubon Elementary, Microsoft will donate $17 per hour to our PTSA. The Microsoft Volunteer Time Matching Program is available year-round. Microsoft Employees can log and track volunteer hours by using the Volunteer Connection system found at http://give on the Microsoft company network. When a Microsoft employee donates at least 10 volunteer hours at Audubon, the employee can then submit a volunteer matching gift request with Microsoft. Your matching gift request must include the following information: 

Recipient agency's name – Audubon Elementary PTSA

Number of hours you've volunteered at Audubon Elementary

EVENTS

Audubon Family Dinner Nights (Year round)

Have a fun dinner out with family and friends while generating money for Audubon PTSA! Audubon families, relatives, and friends dine at a local restaurant on designated evenings and Audubon PTSA receives a percentage of the night’s total bill. There are approximately six events throughout the year. Watch for advertisements. If you’d like to recommend a restaurant that would generate high participation, please email the contact listed below. The next one is at Crossroads Bar & Grill, Ste J1, 15600 NE 8th St, Bellevue, WA 98008. Phone: (425) 457-7905 on Wednesday Feb 1st 2012 6pm-10:00pm. You must present the flyer that your child received at school before you order in order for your table's total to be counted. See here for details.
