Any Audubon PTSA member may apply for an EZ grant.  Grants are submitted twice a year.  If you are interested in submitting an EZ grant request, please fill out the grant request form and turn in to the front office no later than Friday, November 4, 2011 at 5 PM.

Fourth Grade Pioneer Farms

Field Trip Support (carried

over from Fall 2010)

Transportation and food costs for the 4th grade field trip. This field trip is the culmination of a major portion of the 4th grade curriculum. The $1000 award amount reflects allocating the $300 from the 4th grade bake sale, plus an additional $700; reducing the per student cost.

Computer Headphones

Purchase 10 sets of headphones for the 5th graders to share when using the netbooks to assist with Type to Learn, watching science videos, and creating presentations with sound.

6th Grade Math Olympiad

16 Audubon students are participating in May's Math Olympiad. These funds will support student expenses and end-of-year recognition.

Math in Action Challenges (Pilot program for 2011/12)

Funds awarded to support a new school-wide math challenge modeled after another elementary school program. Volunteer-run activity which encourages completion of math problems and appeals to all grade levels.
